Work history

Work carried out:

After the crash, the customer installed a new printhead themselves, but without success.

During inspection, the following issues were found:

* The ink channels had been connected incorrectly.

* The flat cables were connected incorrectly and were contaminated.

* The connected dampers were damaged.

Work carried out:

* Removed the printhead again.

* Flushed all ink channels with flushing solution.

* Correctly connected four new flat cables.

* Reconnected the dampers.

* Replaced two damaged dampers: CW and KW.

* Performed a nozzle test – 100% OK.

* After the flat cables were connected correctly, the CARRIAGE error no longer occurred.

* Test print completed successfully.

Additional work:

* Additional operator training.

* Explanation of the spot color functions and settings.

* Machine setup/changeover.

* Software setup and instruction.
