Work carried out:

Pump replaced – fault still persists.

Installed the test motherboard, Epson board, CR motor, pump connection cable and chip resetter – fault not resolved. Reverted everything to the original configuration, except for the pump.

I re-oiled the guide rail thoroughly several times over a number of days. – The fault has not recurred.

Switched ON and OFF several times for testing purposes.

Various test runs were carried out with print jobs in White --> Colour mode.

Jobs can be carried out as individual orders or as copies – up to 10 copies in a row.

It was able to print without any faults for over two days.
