The new company building of Modico GmbH & Co KG has been under construction in Mering, west of Munich, since last week. The company will start operating from the new premises in autumn 2024.

This year, the Modico Group of Companies its 35th anniversary. The German company Modico GmbH & Co KG, which has made a name for itself as a supplier and partner for all aspects of labelling technology, direct printing machines and laser systems, also emerged from this.

Throughout its international expansion, Modico GmbH & Co KG has always remained a Bavarian company at heart. From its foundation in Munich, through 12 years in Fürstenfeldbruck, to its future headquarters in Mering. There, in Bertha-Benz-Straße, the graphic system house is now building its new headquarters on an area of 4,000 square metres, where warehousing, development, technical service, administration and sales will be able to work hand in hand under one roof.

The company's day-to-day operations are set to become even more modern in future: The new building is a welcome opportunity to scrutinise everyday processes and, where appropriate, automate them. This will enable us to serve our numerous customers in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and worldwide even better and faster in future.

Incidentally, the new building in Mering is being constructed by local companies on site, none more than 25 kilometres away, and built in accordance with efficiency class 40, the highest level for the climate-neutral and energy-saving operation of commercial properties.
