Exhibitors may enter the Halls from 08.00 hrs on 19th but must leave within 30 minutes of closing time (excluding breakdown day). Entry on 20th, 21st and 22nd is from 09.00 hrs for exhibitors.

Dismantling

Freight doors open, lifting of certain items. All Shell Scheme interiors to be removed by 18.00 hours.

Breakdown continues.

All remaining exhibits and equipment to be clear by 17.00 hours.
On no account may exhibits or stands be broken down before 15.30 hours on 22nd May allowing time for visitors to leave the exhibition safely and the gangway carpet to be removed. Exhibitors with small hand-held exhibits may leave the halls from 15.00 hours.


Under no circumstances must any stand fittings, machinery or equipment etc be left in the halls after 17.00 hrs on 24 May. Any items left in the halls after this time will be disposed of and the costs incurred will be charged to the exhibitor including a fine. Late breakdown on Monday, 25 May is not available.

Freight and Onsite Handling
DSV is our official partner for freight forwarding and onsite handling.  They assist exhibitors with shipments to and from Fira Barcelona and are the only company authorised to operate motorised equipment within the venue (including forklifts, cranes, electric pallet trucks, cherry pickers and scissor lifts as well as truck mounted forklifts and cranes).

Handling and Unpacking
Exhibitors are reminded that cartage vehicles will bring their goods to the Centre and Exhibitors must make arrangements with the lifting contractor for unloading and depositing of exhibits on the stand.

Electric power
Electricity installation ordered through Servifira includes the following: all the installation, the power box with 10m of cabling, the power supply for the last two build-up days and event days (let Servifira know if you need extra power for the rest of the build-up days), the certificate showing (daily or continuous), the certificate showing compliance with legislation according to local laws, electricity taxes and assistance in case of any incidents.

The power boxes are installed the first day of the official build-up period.

The power supply will be available from 48 hours before the opening of the show. On the last event day, Friday 22 May 2026, power to stands in exhibition halls will be switched off at 18:00 for logistical reasons. If you need power at any other time (including build-up and breakdown) you should order it before from Servifira, fespa@firabarcelona.com or at the Exhibitor Services Desk located at the venue.

Carpet
All flooring must be removed by the exhibitor/contractor at the end of the exhibition. All floorcoverings must be secured and maintained so that they do not cause a hazard.

Waste regulations
Prior to receiving stand plan approval, the venue will need to have confirmed that waste containers have been ordered. Below are the minimum requirements per sqm.


Waste management during each phase must be arranged accordingly directly with Fira Barcelona ordering via their Webshop.

Please note Exhibitors will be held responsible for the complete removal from the hall by the specified time of all goods, equipment and material used by them or their sub-contracted contractors, together with all rubbish. Any costs incurred by the organiser will results in recharges and fines to the exhibitor concerned. Photo evidence will be provided.

Entry regulation
All those requiring access to the halls need to have a Digital Contractors Pass. Please see the section Admission to the Exhibition – Passes / Badges.
Delivery Vehicles Guidance – Please view the Traffic Guide (coming soon).
During the open days, deliveries can only be made between 08.00 – 09.00 hours daily.

Site access passes will be issued on arrival for entry. The passes will be issued at the marshalling yard, pre-booking of access passes in advance is not possible.

Vehicles with a maximum height of 2.1 metres can enter the parking garages. Find all the options and rates on the Fira Store and purchase your ticket.

All vehicles with a height exceeding 2.1 metres cannot park in the Fira Barcelona parking facility. Therefore, we recommend alternative options such as a truck parking. Just a 7- minute drive from Fira Barcelona Gran Via, you can find the Bellvitge Truck Parking. If you wish to inquire about availability or need more information, contact:

During the assembly and dismantling of stands, trucks, vans (no personal cars) may enter the grounds for unloading and loading purposes only.

The maximum speed limit in the Fira de Barcelona venue is 10 kilometres per hour.

All vehicles that require the services of DSV must be pre-booked as a strict delivery schedule will be in place.

The organisers and venue personnel cannot sign for any shipment. There must be staff on the stand to accept delivery if a signature is required. FESPA, DSV and Fira de Barcelona will accept no liability for missing packages/exhibits if no one is present on your stand to receive the delivery.

Courier companies cannot arrange temporary import customs and will not deliver to your Hall / Stand unless you are there to receive the shipment. We strongly advise against using them, but should you wish to do so please ensure these are shipped on DDP conditions. We recommend sending the courier to the pre-show warehouse. Goods should be marked with FESPA 2026, name of exhibitor, hall and stand number. See the Shipping Guidelines.
