Checked cabling all seems fine, head cables have been soaked in ink, 1 flat cable on mainboard had 1 pin bent. cleaned head cables, fixed bent ffc pin checked booting, still same error. replaced mainboard printer boots normally. Cleaned printhead with flush all channes seem ok except varnish which is completely blocked. returned covers tried testprint all works normal.
